The seventh annual member event of the Peter J. and Carolee W. Shields Society was held in October at the chancellor’s residence. The luncheon, hosted by the chancellor and his wife, featured guest speaker Louise H. Kellogg, who is the Geology Department Chair, and a 3-D theme.
Shields Society
The Peter J. and Carolee W. Shields Society recognizes the thoughtful generosity of those who have made planned gifts — regardless of their size — to UC Davis. Planned gifts include will provisions, life income gifts such as trusts, annuities or pooled income funds, retirement plan balances and life insurance policies.
Membership benefits include:
